  • The PLANS trial concludes after 30 minutes:

  • Monday, September 12, 2005: According to a court observer, "In a full, free and fair trial lasting 30 minutes, the Plaintiff PLANS Inc failed to provide any admissable evidence that anthroposophy is a religion for Establishment Clause purposes." A motion by the Defendants is being drawn up and a ruling from the Court is expected after Sept 29.

  • Abstract of research report Bullying and the Steiner school ethos by Ian Rivers and Alison Soutter (1996). The study "looks at three classes of 30 pupils in one [Waldorf] school in the South of England, and finds a very low level of bullying despite the fact that many pupils came to the school because they had been victimized elsewhere."

  • New study on Waldorf high school graduates (April 2005). "This project has involved a year-long study gathering data from high schools on their graduates over the last ten years. In overview, we can report that Waldorf graduates are being accepted by and attending not only the finest universities and colleges in North America but around the world. A complete breakdown of matriculation is included. We have also noted those institutions which particularly attract Waldorf students."
